Website Customizations

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer, to make some minor customization on my website. These are things to be corrected. 1. The Website has a predominantly white background. I would want a balance with Blue taking up some sections. Basically I would a combination of Blue and white colors. Where the background is blue, the links & Content should be white. It should be attractive after works are done. 2. In the Contact US Section, I would another space for a second contact address. Would like to have the same format and arrangement as the first section. I would prefer to have the same details on the right hand side of the existing content, to enable me append a second address. 3. Can I have four images in the landing page / Hero section slider. Currently I have 2 slots, however I would want to have 4 slots. 4. On the menu bar, I would also want to modify the current logo with something separate and different. I would like to have a logo accompanied with some works. The wordings should be Brand Protection and Investigation. These should be also on the menu bar. The words should be under the logo. The menu bar should also take the same blue color. With Links and the logo in white wording. 5. Ensure that the site remains responsive on different platforms.
