Printing Selling Website

We are looking to develope a site to sell printing orders. The process is that the customer for each piece need to select a picture to be printed on it. That picture may be selected from: - Instagram - Facebook - Manual upload - In the future (not really needed for this version), the customer may select from pictures stored in the website organized into categories. Each type of pieces may have different printing options that customer may select. Each could change pricing. But one very important is that the selected image to be printed should fit in the media layout. Example if the media is complete square example 8"x8" and the image is wide, the customer need to arrange the part that will be printed. Also there should be a Minnimum resolution for the media. In case that is lower it should warn and need a conffirmation that customer allows that printing. And in the checkout again. As an optional feature (not needed but will be great) will be a way to split a picture into different frames. 1x2, 1x3, 2x2. That apply for each piece on the order. Then the customer selects the shipping address. Taxes may or may not apply. Shipping must be configurable by admin. Since sometimes all orders may be with free promotional shipping and others a charge must apply deppending on the address. Then customer pay online using credit card or their paypal, or select an offline payment which later the Admin should apply. Additional to it ADMIN should have a way to edit info for the front end, check orders, and work on customers and their orders. We prefer PHP site and must be a responsive desig that should adapt a good looking for a computer, cell phone and tablets. I prefer clean code not copy other project and leave unnecesary code there.
