I can more than likely fix this problem for you. I will need more details though to be sure exactly what the problem is. Do you know how they got in? I can make it work again but theres a very real possibility that they can get in again and do the same thing if you dont know how they got in in the first place. I can look over your logs though and figure out how and when they got in if they are available.
