We are looking for an Online Bidder / Online Business Development Manager (BDM) on Portals like Upwork / Guru / Freelance / Peopleperhour etc. to be a part of our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, closing and managing Corporate clients (international & domestic) operating in various business sectors where website design, development and mobile applications, are relevant and necessary. Job Synopsis:- 1. Business generation from multiple sources nationally and internationally 2. Must have prior experience in International sales on various technologies like MERN , MEAN Stack, Android and IOS Development. 3. Formulate an integrated and sustainable marketing campaign to create an effective brand visibility and generate active leads to the online platform. 4. Monitor and manage the platform database to qualify acquired leads and drive sales conversion. 5. Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients, delivering on pre-set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. 6. Develop sales packages and attractive plans to accelerate sales leads and acquisitions. 7. Generating business through online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, freelancer etc 8. Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Craiglist, etc.) for web design, Development, App Development, SEO & IT/Ecommerce projects 9. Online bidding and build business for the company. Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes 10. Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through websites and should be comfortable in client interaction and gathering client requirements. 11. Coordinate with the technical team to determine client need, project feasibility and respond to inquiries. 12. Meet monthly quota of projects. Should be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement gathering
