Dynamic Stores

1. Store Creation Process A.) Team/Club manager will create this store by Adding a Cart item for a "Start a Team Store" product that starts the process, B.) The Manager will fill in all contact info. C.) The manager will be given the option to pay for Design Services or to upload their art at a later time after seeing the option and the template to design the work on. (If manager chooses upload later, a 2 business days will be added to the Due date (later in this step) D.) The Manager will have an option to create a store logo, manager contact info will be shown in the top right corner of the Store page. E.) The Manager will set the store length by setting an expiration date. F.) The Manager will choose what products they will want us to create for them by adding to the cart the template items they are wanting (items that will be based on pre-defined tiered pricing below in item 2). G.) Manager will set the due date, If due date is less than X business days of production date rules a warning (production date rule) will pop up stating that a rush fee will be auto applied for [login to view URL] if this is ok by the manager then they will pay for this up front, otherwise the Due date will be auto adjusted to reflect the production time frame rule above, again the manager will approve. H.) Any other supplemental services or products can be up-sold at this point. I.) Manager will check out with all items added and fill in there CC info and charged appropriate fees. J.) We will receive an email of the contact and phone number of this team/club and start the process of creating artwork and uploading artwork for approval process. K.) Team Manager will be generated a URL for this Store Front and provided this in the email receipt. L.) Team/Club Store will be in Pending Artwork state, If Option C was selected to upload art at a later time, the Store will have instructions as to how to upload artwork, with a timer ticking down as to how long they have before the Due date will auto adjust to the next 2 business day date. If Option C was selected to have our team do the design work a form will be requesting details about artwork they are wanting on the design and an uploader for any illustrator files of logos and such to be added to the design. They will also have a section that will need to be read and understood by confirmation about the art work they submitted. This will generate an email to the artist to start work on a project. 2. Manager Approval Process Manager will receive an email with thumbnails of 1 of 2 revisions to be allowed for the approval of the art work service they paid for. Need to keep track of these revisions and notes of change requests being made. Once approved then we will upload final art and the store will open. If more than 2 revisions are being made then the manager will need to be charged for additional change modifications upfront. 3. Member ordering on the generated store Each item in the store will have a set pricing tier 1-3, 4-12, 13-25 based on these quantities they will be charged at the end of the store closing. So a member of the cycling club/team goes to the site and may be told that the price is 190.00 for an item because its at Tier 1 pricing, however the customer will not be charged yet and will be pre-authorized for the amount. The pricing of the items will be adjusted to the next tier as more orders come in. Each member of the team/club will at any time be able to see what the pricing is looking like before the end of the store. Once all the pre-orders have been completed and the store closes (on a pre-defined date) we will process at the price in the correct tiers.
