Developer needed for financial services website

Hi, this is the first phase of a multi-phase project. We are looking for a developer for a financial services company that we are creating online. The project will begin with a website and later a mobile app. The website will have the following major features: 1. Invitation only. New users must be invited to the service by an admin. The invited users must fill out an application form which gets submitted for review. And if accepted, the user will be registered for the site. 2. Membership: Users will have a profile page where they can access information about their account and services (similar to a bank). There will be no social interaction between users as this is not a social network. 3. Payment Gateway. The users will use various payment gateways to deposit funds into a trust which will disburse the funds to other users at different points in time (similar to upwork payment system). The gateways we would like to start with are Interac E-transfer and Paypal (for Canada). The payments will be made automatically with funds withdrawn on a certain day every month. 4.
