AJAX Portfolio Grid Wordpress

Hello, After much frustration trying to buy plugins and code ourselves, we’re in need of a pro! We recently bought a Wordpress theme from Themeforest and have managed to butcher it into what we need, but there is one major issue, and a few niggling bugs we need help with. This is our theme; [login to view URL] and we want to replace the current portfolio section with something better suited for our use (using shortcode). We’re are after a AJAX (we think) Portfolio Grid. Basically, we want a 3 x 4 grid of our latest Vimeo videos, and when you click on a thumbnail, the video appears inline just above or below the thumbnail with the browser automatically scrolling to focus on the video. The video then plays automatically under a heading and has a few bits of text information under it/beside. On the right there is a big ‘x’, which when clicked closes the video, and the browser focus back on the grid. [login to view URL] Click on Shutter Island. We like the size of the video and the details below. Again, nice and clean. We like how there is a title on the thumbnail before you hover of it.
