I have been working on similar assignments outside on Odesk. I've developed more than 285+ Mailchimp templates. >> My method for email- a. I receive HTML file from you. b. I re-create/modify HTML/CSS [Html structure will be table based as DIV's are not supported by most of the email clients.] c. Load it into Mailchimp account d. Optimize the code e. Test it on Mailchimp Preview f. Re-test it on all major email clients for cross email client compatibility. We can discuss on SKYPE too. Maybe a 2 minute SKYPE CHAT is enough to get this started.
