Responsive layout for a welcome page using Twitter Bootstrap 2.0

Basic need: The creation of a responsive layout using Twitter Bootstrap 2.0 for the landing page of a new site. Two wireframes (one for desktop, the other for tablets/ mobiles) are provided to understand the structure and how the page should behave. All elements that should be contained in the boxes and sub-boxes are provided in the zipped folder and should lead to a final prototype. We are looking for a motivated web designer with extensive knoweldge of CSS/HTML/Twitter Bootstrap 2.0 and responsive layout design. A very good sense of what is esthetic is required (should be able to get the overall style of the application). This tak is limited but should inform us about possible extensions to more complex tasks on the site (complete app template). We are looking for people with good command of english and the ability to answer this job rapidly. We assume that using the Twitter bootstrap, it should take between 5-10 hours to complete the assignment.
