93138 Website Facelift

My plan: I'm looking to redesign my entire website. I looked at some ready-made templates available and like what I see here, including the music played in the background: [login to view URL] The info available for the template is as follows: Template #8169 Type: SWISH Template Cost: $58 Sources Available: .SWF .SWI .PSD .HTML Software Required: Adobe Photoshop 7+ Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive or Microsoft Frontpage 2003 SWISHMAX 2004.09.10 My requirement: 1. If a programmer can design or clone this templtate, it would solve almost all my problems, including the background music. 2. Visit my website and transfer or install all data there into the above cloned template. 3. In future, I must be able to edit all data like text, pictures, prices, etc. on my own. I don't know html, or any other programming knowledge except Microsoft FrontPage. The info for the template says that it works with Microsoft Frontpage 2003. I take it that it means that I can edit the text, etc. using this software. In case, I'm not able to do this, the programmer must ensure that I'm able to do so with any standard cms system. My current website uses mambo cms. 4. Price would be a deciding factor also, so please quote a reasonable rate. I promise there is more work in the next few months if you finish this successfully.
