I am looking for someone who is skilled and has had previous experience in setting up an online magazine, to be available on iPad, Android and directly online (perhaps 3 separate projects?). The magazine is graphic heavy and will have sound and video so the file size will be large and will need to be handled properly. This will require a method of purchasing, including subscription and reasonable method of handling orders / delivery etc. Perhaps it can also include a method of ordering printed versions of the magazine as well.
