I got plenty of knowledge on the topic, I'm a hacker by trade and a developer aswell. To be clear, this is my first project bid on freelancer, that's why i'm giving you a huge discount. I'm normally charging 125$ for security related projects. for 50$ you will have a malware free site, although I suggest you had someone scan the site for the entry point. In order to get hacked you must have had a security issue. Without fixing the security hole it's just a matter of time before you will get hacked again. I've seen this kind of malware before. The best way is to audit each PHP file on the website to ensure it is not infected. If you are using some off-the-shelf software like Wordpress or some other CMS, the best way is to perform a directory comparison between a 100% clean install and your infected install. I'll scrutinize the differences and make sure you're clean. I've had to do this with one of my sites. If you are not using some off-the-shelf software, the same scrutiny is needed, but will be more time consuming. When I'm done, I might be able to recommend some safety precautions to improve your site's security and prevent this from happening in the future.

I work for large web hosting company as senior system administrator, we usually ban malicious websites because we receive complains from 3rd party. I do such web site bans every day and I'm aware what web hosting companies will look for in your files also how and where attackers/hackers are hiding their backdoors.
