Our emails are going to Gmail spam folder, although they are genuine emails. We don't know if it happens with other email providers, but it is definitely happening with Gmail. Our website allows booking of tours and activities and has a booking form. Booking confirmation emails generated automatically, are not reaching the inbox of users, but going to spam folder instead. Our website was recently hacked and we suspect we may be blacklisted by Google. The website is operating normally, but the emails from the same domain [login to view URL] are going to spam. We have another domain in the same IP, [login to view URL], which we used for development and is still blacklisted. Your task will be to figure out why the emails are going into spam and how to fix that issue. This includes, if necessary, removing us from Gmail blacklists or any blacklist that we may be in.

Hello Sir, First of all your whole server needs to be cleaned. your website is black listed by Google. This is my experience that if one infected file exists on your server then it will infect your server again and again. So I need to check each file and folder manually. Sir,I never use any software or any programming script or any scanner to find out malicious files or script on server. Because they can never give you 100% accuracy. But I will provide you 100% accuracy because I go through whole server manually and check each file and folder manually. I will also check your SQL file because I have found malicious script or suspicious script in SQL file many times. Thanks
