Emissions testing Specifications data entry.

Id like a freelancer to do a quick data entry project for me, essentially I want a freelancer to have a look across the internet and determine the contries that have Green Building Councils, or Enviromental Acreditation Schemes, and make a database of the country, the acreditation body, and they type of product that they do acreditation for. What I want to be able to do is search a database by Country, or product type and it show up the different schemes that are used to acreditate that product, and on top of that (if possible and available) what the limits are on that product. For example: If the Country was Australia, and I selected Paint as a product type the acreditation body would be Green Building Council of Australia, and the acreditation Scheme would be Office Design IEQ-11, whereas if I selected Carpet in Australia it would come up with Carpet and Rug Institute, Carpet Institute of Australia or Green Building Council of Australia and the specification requirements for each of those. I am interested in only the emissions side of things. I can point you in the right direction, but you will have to be reasonabally self suficcient. There will potentially be more data entry in the future as well! Simple $25 - 30 Project.
