Build out and setup of a new Windows domain with an Exchange server is typically three days. The VPN setup typically takes 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the network and the number of tunnels that need to be established along with the usage of QoS or policy based routing. The virtual desktops are easy enough to setup, generally only 1-2 days, it is the troubleshooting and tweaking required in order to provide the best user experience that can add several days and sometimes a week or two onto a project like this. I have ample experience in all the technologies needed to successfully complete this project for you and I can provide references on request.
