Enhancing an WCF tool with MTOM

we are looking for an experienced developer of WCF services in C# and that has allot of experience implementing MTOM based WCF services specially. The assigment is very clear, to take the WCF contract-first approach tool and add the ability to produce both Client-Side and Server-Side MTOM WCF enabled services to both send binarie files and receive them.
