The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of social media management. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Administrative Tasks:** - Manage email communication and calendar scheduling. - Data entry, document organization, and file management. - Handle research tasks, report generation, and data analysis. 2. **Social Media Management:** - Develop and implement a social media content strategy for our clients. - Create and curate engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). - Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages for our clients. - Manage social media advertising campaigns. - Generate monthly analytics reports to track performance. 3. **Client Support:** - Respond to customer inquiries on social media and via email. - Maintain a professional and friendly online presence, representing our brand positively. 4. **Market Research:** - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online tools and software. - Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. - High-speed internet and a reliable computer setup.
