With my background, I am an experienced customer service/technical support representative. I learned and enhanced great skills with my 7-8 years of work in a BPO/Call Center here in the Philippines. Along the way, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience through trainings, seminars and daily internet research which helped me solve customer's problems.
Aside from that, Ialso know how to develop websites using wordpress including data entry tasks and website content management. I am good with office type of jobs as well.

I am part of a startup company based in boston as their virtual website admin, tier1/tier2 support and some administrative tasks. However, if you will hire me, I will provide all my best to the hours that I will be working under you. If in case you will consider on hiring me, I will only be available up to 4 hours a day/week.
