We live near Boston, Massachusetts (United States) and need a company to do the following 5 repairs to our condo that we live in on floor 7 of 8 floors. 1. Bathroom ceiling is cracked and has started to sometimes leak for a few minutes at some of the cracks. Picture is attached! 5 feet by 7 feet 2. Window pane is cracked. 3. Kitchen sink leaks onto the counter. 4. Garbage disposal won't come on. 5. Bathtub drain is clogged. We want a list of companies who can each do all 5. If you can get any kind of a cost for these in past jobs - even though that doesn't mean anything about what it will cost us - that would double what we would pay. You need to explain to them that you realize it has nothing to do with our price. You have to start on it now and give us your first results in 1 hour. Say you will do that in your reply.
