Experienced, Diverse, Seasoned Administrative Assistant

(Permanent Part-Time or Part Time To Full-Time) The Job: I am a seasoned female business consultant looking for a very experienced and flexible individual. I need a great hands-on support person. One with a lot of skills, that can give me a great rate during this first 2-month set up phase and will stay with me long-term. Need someone looking for very flexible job and duties schedule to help me get a very reputable and ethical clients' new technology based business started. He works with schools, churches and civic organizations and needs a lot of help getting...Set-Up, Organized, Streamlined, Efficient, and Running Smoothly. I will be your main contact person. The Position: You must have a positive, high-energy level persona. No drama...a reliable person that has no problem asking questions and that i can count on to get the job done. You must embrace change and be very flexible: One day you may be testing software and on the phone, and another you may be in a small warehouse next door, setting up inventory and streamlining those processes, and, the next day you may be creating a new order form online and editing graphics for his customer catalog...or, you may be testing new software and creating developer notes. I guarantee you --- you will NEVER be bored. This is NOT an entry level position. English must be your first language. Age, race and gender is not as important as your skills, experience, compatibility, attitude, integrity and ability to get the job done right the first time around. The Location: You will work about some of the time in my home office (Near Boardman St E's hospital area & Western Reserve Rd.) and most of the time from your own home office with no small children, barking dogs or constant disruptions (like constant calls and texts from friends and family). You have a quiet home environment with a reliable PC, fast Internet, and most of the current software needed to do this job. Everything we do is Windows based. Compensation: First 60-Days I can pay only $200 a week for part time through Freelancer for both our protection. After 60-days we will establish a long term and mutually acceptable compensation package and execute an IC contract. (You will receive an IRS1099 at the end of each year.) Sound interesting?
