My transcription rate is $1.25 per audio minute; this presumes a new srt line every 10 seconds. Shorter SRT lines can be created at $1.35 per audio minute. Hi, An experienced transcriber here at your service :) As a transcriber, I mostly did multiple-speaker seminars, interviews (even those conducted over the phone, which was one of the most challenging tasks I've ever had), wedding, webinars, etc. My average TAT (turn around time) is 1 day for 1 audio hour, together with proofreading of my finished work. Regarding accents that I had to deal with, those were American, British and Australian. As for the price, I charge $0.8 per audio minute, so if this seems fair to you and if it fits your budget, then - great, I'm ready to start right away!
