I am new to freelancer but don't let that throw u off. You may realise at this stage in your experience that the reason new freelancers bid for cheap is to grow as an online worker in review. Well you might want the best for a dear or bang on budget. But at the end of the day you need a job done and not really created as such as mostly editing the videos is the solution to your job.
