We are looking for a freelancer who has experience in creating/adding subtitles files for videos in Spanish. Each video would be 3-5 minutes long. Each subtitle text around 200 words.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Spanish language (to be able to add the subtitles at the right time in the video)
- Ability to efficiently add subtitles to videos (with free or paid tools)
- Will provide the .srt files (or other format) in time for each video
- Ability to make the right choices regarding fonts, colors, outlines, etc. so the subs are clear, easily readable and professionally looking (no amateur work).
Optional (Ideal):
- Professional experience in video editing
The subtitles text will be provided. The freelancer will just need to edit the subtitles file so they appear at the right time, and deliver each video with the right subtitles file.
Cost of the project for 3 videos. More videos in the future. If we are satisfied with the work done, we will look forward to working with the freelancer long term for similar projects, at a competitive rate, depending on experience and efficiency.
I have ten years of experience as a translator of textbooks, technical and general texts in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Also 10 years of experience in subtitling and transcription. Good dominion of English, Portuguese and Italian.
