I have a 20 minute video of me talking. Unfortunately when my camera recorded the sound it was very quiet at some points. You can only hear what I'm saying when you put on headphones. I'm interested in having someone who can enhance the sound going through the video and getting the volume of my words up to a consistent level that can easily be heard over computer speakers. Additionally I'd be interested in someone subtitling it so that even if it's hard to hear at some points, you can read what I'm saying. Lastly, I have a number of pictures (between 10-40) I'd like to be spliced in. I'll pay 33% upfront and the rest upon completion. I'd like to have three rounds of review. Should be pretty straightforward and small edits after the first one. Not looking to spend more than $15 for the entire project.
