Vector Images Required

Hi I require some 3d images of buildings/streets to be re-designed to look like vector images like attached.? In the first instance [ and for this bid request ] I will require four images, of roughly the same image for all four, just with a building moved around a bit and and image created at different angles. If I like the work, I would then like you to do upto twelve more images for the website, and maybe even be in full control of the design of the website. I attach some sample images, the first is the image which I would like transformed [ it needs to be as close as possible, but it is for reference only so does'nt need to be 100% accurate ] The other two are samples from istock which is the style which I am after for the first image. **Any examples of your work will help me make my? decision** Thanks
