a talented video editor to join our creative team. Candidates must have a passion for editing as well as the YouTube space, along with a drive to continuously grow and deliver the latest and greatest content. As an editor, you will be responsible for turning raw footage into a final long form video seen by millions of fans and supporters. Ideal candidate - Team player that's willing to make time for weekly calls - Goes above and beyond to submit videos before deadlines - Quick to make revisions - Enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment. - Editor will receive 1 hr-3 hrs of raw footage to be cut down into videos running 10-45 minutes in length - Editor will receive two rounds of notes - We aim for a 7-day turnaround on each video, we are open to discussing flexible timelines to ensure the best possible creative output, however we must be able to meet deadlines Job requirements - Has previous longform editing experience - Track record of working with known creators in the business space - Understanding of storytelling, effective sound design, animation - Experience working with softwares such as Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or FinalCut Pro - Willing to attend one weekly team call - Meet project deadlines on time, every time - Understanding of what makes a viral video Language Requirements Candidates must be fluent in: English
