Camtasia editing and training

Dear Free lancer, Thank you for taking the time to look into this project. We are setting up our own training room/studio in our office to create training and broadcast communication to our sale people. We have a limited budget and would like to have a great impact with the investments. I am looking for a freelancer that can help us and train me how to create videos like the ones I post below. We have bought out green screen and lights to set up the studio. We will only need help with camtasia to set up the final product. I need the Freelancer to create backgrounds that are similar to the in the first video and also some techniques of the second video. Freelancer will need to share screen with me and walk me through the steps to achieving the objective. The time frame can be from one hour to 3 hours max. I look forward to your responses.
