I'm seeking a proficient VB.NET programmer to create a class encompassing two specific methods. One method will chiefly send text messages, while the other will be designed to send both text and image messages. These methods would be functioning on the WhatsApp API as described in the official guide on the WhatsApp Business Blog. Key Attributes of the Project: * Seamless integration with WhatsApp's API for media messages is needed. * The dominant type of message exchanged will be a combination of both text and images. * The solution must strike a balance between optimizing the speed of message delivery and maintaining the quality of images sent over the platform. Ideal Skills and Experience * Proficient in VB.NET programming * Experience working with WhatsApp's API * An understanding of optimizing for both speed and image quality * Experience in creating methods for text, image, and combined messaging.
