You have my apologies if my bis is too high for you and I do appreciate you indicated a fee. I am bidding just in case my services may be of interest. I only do the English editing and proofreading. I edit English copy before it is translated, checking for errors, and then I also edit English copy which has been translated from Russian so that it doesn't read like a translation, but something written by a native English speaker.
