On an existing site, you would need to design through landscape ( excavating, filling, ramping, stepping) to get to the desired specific space. You, as an architect/ designer need to know how to problem solve, be creative and use the site as your canvas. Connection and meshing to the existing site is the NUMBER 1 Priority. This is only one part of the project, if you succeed in that part then there will be more on your way. Deliverable: 1-New design of the " element" ( i will provide the precedent so you have guidance) in Rhino or 3ds max AND REVIT ( i will provide you the site model in revit, Autocad, rhino so you do not need to do anything with the main site) 2- NO MATERIAL OR RENDERING NEEDED AT THIS POINT! ********** CHALLENGE IS IN ONE DAY AND THE BUDGET IS 100$************* i will release the first part of the money when i get your progress screen shots and the rest when i approve the design and receive the original files both in Revit AND Rhino or 3dsmax.
