3D CAD a Simple STL file

Quick, already drawn, but give a few edits of a few parts, and dimension metric numbers. Into STL. for 3 D printing. the "Q disk" needs to have a hole size which is 1/8 inch in diameter The rod of the rectangle box thing is to be 0.01 inch thinner than 1/8 inch, So that it snugly fits into the hole. The Front of the box ROOM width needs to be 0.55 inch wide The depth (length of the box ROOM) needs to be 1 inch long The thickness of the box room needs to be 1/8 inch = 0.01 INCH A FUTURE rectangle will slide in to fit into this box. The tail rod thickness at the end must be thicker than 1/8 inch, so that the Q disk hole is narrower than the tail rod. Please ALSO draw the tail rod (into pdf) inside the q disk, with the box above the q disk. this is how the two piece should work. Like a flag pole, with the pole inside the q disk hole.
