"Club CEO Wholesale Membership Store" Need someone with good architect skills to do an artist's rendering for a state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot wholesale membership store in every way similar to "Sam's Club" or "Costco". Though I am looking for some degree of fine detail, the early rendering is primarily being used to give our investors a good idea of what the visual concept will look like. A google image search of Costco will be a good starting place. I like the exterior look of most of their stores, but ours should be a little more "urbanesque" with a little more pizazz!! Further details will be given as needed...but as this is the starting phase of the collaboration process, if the right candidate can work with us, there's a good chance that same person will be retained for the entire design phase at a much higher rate of compensation.
