Job responsibilities you need to handle are follows-
1. Taking care of both outbound and inbound international calls.
2. Sharing information about our products and services by following sales script.
3. Answering potentials customers' questions and follow-up according to the telephonic conversations.
4. Generating leads through calls.
Qualification: Graduate (preferred), Diploma
English language proficiency needed: minimum 90% (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking).
Experience: At least 1 year professional experience is needed.
Necessary skills for this job: Good communication, Negotiation, Telemarketing, Sales, Lead generation, Calling efficiency.
