I am searching for an experienced Telecaller with at least 3 - 5 years of experience as a Customs House Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of customs regulations and procedures in order to assist our customers on the phone and meet their needs. The expected volume of phone calls to be handled per day is between 50 - 100 calls. Preference will be given to those with strong communication skills, the right attitude, and a productive work ethic.
