Web Development SALES needed

Hi there, We are a new creative web development agency who require people to work as sales reps for us in a freelance position. We have an extremely talented group of people, what we don't have are sales people. We are not looking for traffic, we are not looking for suppliers, we are not looking for designers or developers, we are looking for SALES. We offer web design, web development, custom cms, logos, graphic design etc. Our fees start off at around $15,000 for a full website with custom CMS and hosting. A full flash website, with unique CMS, outstanding graphics etc starts around $25,000. We require a 50% deposit upon agreeing the project and before starting any work, and 50% before delivering the project to the client. We are willing to pay anyone who delivers sales for us a 10% commission. That means 1 full flash website a week earns you $2,500 in commission! This is an opportunity to earn in excess of 100K per year. We will pay your commission after we receive and have cleared the full 100% payment from client. Other incentives could be put in place later on. Our work is up to scratch with the very best, our team has won several awards for their work and we can assure you that we will deliver top notch services. We are not a silly team doing quick designs. We offer the very best and our competitors charge at least 50% more than we do.
