Technical proposal writer for web design process

We need to demonstrate a process utilizing best practices Complete design plan which includes a Diagram of proposed components. To address the above needs i want to outline this process as our response: PHASE 1 - Existing design audit / discovery for layout and UI/UX (Define current site design, components and visitors. Work to define future visitors, site objectives and design components based off of expected visitors. ) Understand site / page objective The design process starts with the discovery phase that will require working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to identify key objectives for site users. This includes knowledge transfer from the site and data elements used to convey information supporting the knowledge transfer to the visitor. Additionally in this phase stakeholders will help disseminate past feedback from site visitors to help address historical challenges in the navigation or delivery of information on the existing sites and pages. In this phase an audit will be conducted of design components that develop both the branding, navigation and UX on the existing sites and pages. This will help define the current solution and create a base line on what new components are required for the success of new site designs and eliminate existing components that dont have added value or have become antiquated. Define site users / visitors and technical level of these users Working with key stakeholders designers the design team will define targeted site visitor and classify their technical levels. This portion is critical to help develop strong navigational design components that support the site structure and hierarchy that is being targeted. Identify data points that will be utilized on the site / pages In conjunction to the previous tasks, the design team will identify data components Phase 2 - Gather new requirements for UI / UX, layout (Identify site layout, navigation and data components that meet the objectives defined in the first phase.) Outline UI / UX components that will be utilized on the site to help create design outline Define the user experience objectives Incorporate data elements to enhance user experience on outlined design Create work / site flow for user identifying main pages and sub pages Generate new branding if necessary or go with existing branding create new branding based off of existing collateral Utilize existing branding wire frames based on requirements of UI/UX and layout requirements Develop wireframes utilizing UI / UX and data components defined in section 2 workflow based on designs and any workflows identified ie main pages, sub pages, content display pages, data display pages develop new designs Create new designs utilizing UI / UX objectives defined earlier, incorporate new or existing branding revisions for selected design Gather feedback that address where the designs do not meet the target expectations for UI/UX. creation of html / css of selected design Create HTML / CSS files from the final design utilizing best practices for HTML and CSS3 standards. revisions and fine tuning
