There was a virtual machine one day it died, no longer loaded. As the hoster said, there is no access to it, everything is broken. But up to this point, a disk image was made by the Hosting employees, but it was made clumsily or with an error Banal standard recovery mechanisms do not help. We need a craftsman who has dealt with something like this.

hello, there are several tools that can be used for data recovery that needs to be done in this case. After data has been recovered VM can be recreated without issues. There is no guarantee that data can be recovered, unfortunately. Anyhow i can try an see what can be done and to which extent. Let me know if this sounds ok to you and i can start looking into it.
