We have a windows 2003 machine that is not allowing us to update quickbooks. It appears as if the registry is corrupt or something. The error we get is: "MSI returned 1612: The installation source for this product is unavailable." We have downloaded the software a few times so that is not the issue. We tried uninstalling/reinstalling but we always get the same error The windows server is not in a AD environment. We need this fixed with in a few hours. Thank You
