We have an industrial ink jet printer controller GUI and image processing software that we would like to add features and function to it to meet the requirements of new applications such as printing from a database, interfacing to external devices, reading strings from these and printing them in real time. The current GUI is being run on a touch screen panel. However, we would like to develop a standalone software that can run on a client PC/server and able to create and edit labels, send data to our printer in real time, control printer remotely etc..
