Fix VB.NET Upload To Amazon AWS

My signing process is not correct to upload to Amazon AWS. I have provided a sample project to this page. This is complete with generation of AccessKeyId / SessionToken / SecretAccessKey. The issue is only with the signing process. I need somebody to fix this process so that I can choose a file, an example of "C:\[login to view URL]" is used in the project but this can be any file, just so long as I can change the file & the signature is created ok for any file. Please check the project files for more information. I don't mind if the project is scrapped / another solution is provided but this must be standalone, using HTTPWebRequest & no outside API or any AmazonAWS files.
