We want a program that will do the following: We have emails being sent to multiply POP email boxes. The body of the emails is text only. We want certain words taking out of the emails. We then want the emails to be forwarded onto an email address. We want to be able to see all the original email and see the outgoing emails. We want to see a table / live reports showing counters telling us the amount of emails coming in per day / week / month. The software should download the emails every couple of minutes, strip out the certain text and then forward onto the set destination address. We are a Telephone answering company. We answer calls for our customers. The calls are answered by another company. They send us the message on email. We then manually strip out certain words and send it onto our customer. We want to automate this process. The funds will be released when we have tested the solution for 7 working days. We will not release any milestone. Only the final figure after completion. Hi, Greetings of the day. We are a team of software developers who work on Microsoft technology stack like C#, asp.net, HTML 5, SQL Server, WPF, WCF, Sharepoint, etc. I understand that you want a desktop application developed which reads incoming mails every couple of minutes, strips some words (which you can add/edit/delete in the application), stores original and new email in database (so that you can see it in future), and sends it to your customer's email address. Apart from this, you need to know the statistics on how many emails are sent for a day / week / month, etc. And also the original and outgoing emails. Hello Phil! What I can offer is to set up Gmail account (if you are using Google Apps for Business, it would be brilliant) which would collect the e-mails from the POP boxes, script will pick them up, clear them from the unwanted info and forward to the desired address. The questions would be: 1. Do you need to keep the contents of the e-mails in the spreadsheet? 2. In terms of counters, how do you want them set up? per POP box? per user? 3. Do you need counters as a separate nicely formatted document in pdf? or would a simple track sheet be enough? 4. Do you need the e-mails to the customer sent from a particular address? Sir, I have understood the requirements. I can give you a java program that can monitor n number of pop3 mailboxes. It will fetch the messages and replace the text as will be provided by you and send the mail out. For recording, the software will create timestamp based entries in an excel. You can drill down the report ass you like. Thanks Ashish
