Hi, I am an experienced Python programmer. I have read your project description and I know what it entails and what is required to accomplish the task. I have solved several cluster analysis problems. There are algorithms which include K-means, multivariate, biclustering, HCS clustering, fuzzy logic, etc depending on the nature of the problem at hand. I can also use other Machine learning algorithms that involve neural networks such as RNN, CNN and LSTM. For easy understanding, I will use Ipython notebook for the python code. Please share more details so that we can execute this project in the best possible way.
