Website Revamp

I'd like to have my website revamp. My consulting firm is 10 years old and the website needs to be revamp. The website is http://www.jcs-consulting.com. You will see that logo of my business that I would like to keep. In fact I do like the moving binary numbers and I'd like to keep that concept. I also would like to keep the customer page that shows their corporate logo. But I'd like to change the rest. Feel free to include questions that would help you put together a design. Please include in your project bid your past work, your design proposal and flat rate bid.
