find the bug in my project

I have a full working Java Application. It is a library, which displays books in table. By double clicking on a book, a new window opens. In this window there are a list displayed, of how many copies the library has of this book. The window also contains a button, which can add a new copy to the library of the book. But my Problem is... When I add a copy - it is not displayed in the list. please if somebody can find the bug and correct it.
