I currently work in sports media and live an active lifestyle with a focus on prehabbing/rehabbing nagging injuries from Adventure Sports. I have put my hourly rate at 8 dollars an hour, depending on the work load and schedule you would like me to keep, this can change. I am available with very flexible hours 7-days a week from my home office. I posted 14 hours a week which is a minimum of 2 hours a day. I am however, available for more or less time.
