Key Accountabilities:- EXPORT IMPORT SALES (CRM):- ? Overseas business execution and development. ? International exhibitions arrangement, Participation and follow up. ? Direct in front interact with buyers -suppliers, Importers. ? Instrumental in maintaining long term relations with new and existing clients to ensure business growth. ? Independently internet B2B online business promotion, email, phone, online chat communication with customers. ? New product development with product designing team, sampling, Special hospitality & visiting with buyers etc. EXPORT OPERATION (SCM):- ? Ensured timely resolution of customer queries and complaints. Provide visibility on the backlogged PO’s. ? Export Import Order Management, Team handling and leading with comprehensive execution to all inquiries/po. ? Maintaining MIS, EXIM-DOCUMENTATION, shipment planning/negotiation with freight forwarder etc. ? Vendor Sourcing, Follow up suppliers/Factory production/CHA/forwarder/custom,LC/DP/DA/DOCUMENTATION ? Shipment inspection / SGS / BUREAU VERITAS/BIVAC inspections arrange & manage successfully. ? SUNSET REVIEW / ADD REVIEW for USA customers with concern departments. ? Independently correspondence (email/chat/phone) with overseas new and existing importers/clients. ? Ensured timely execution of orders by proper planning to ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction.
