Ze Cart Expert Wanted

We have an older Zen Cart website. The site was created by someone who we believe did not posses strong Zen Cart skills and we believe has made a mess of the website. We would like you to do the following: 1. Review the coding and determine whether the coding and site can be cleaned up and upgraded to a current version of Zen Cart. We have noticed that the coding is very poorly done with incorrect use of HTML, CSS, etc. 2. If the site cannot be upgraded to a current version of Zen, we would like to know what the cost would be to take the look and functionality of the current site and be brought into a current version of Zen. *** We are paying you for your time to professionally evaluate the site and then make your recommendations on the best way to proceed from here. It will either become a "clean up" job or a new deployment job. You will then be rehired to perform the work after the evaluation. Payment in this project is only for the evaluation of our site and your recommendations. *** Please demonstrate to us that you are a Zen Cart expert.
