302 One Way Backlinks in Automotive Blogs and Forums

We have UK websites that sell cars! We are looking for an SEO company to provide 301 one way backlinks over a 4 week period for three websites. Evidence of links must be seen in a spreadsheet and submitted on a weekly basis. Method of how the link was obtained must be in the spreadsheet. Anchor text must be in the report. A number of keywords will be provided. Anchor text should be changed periodically but still targeting the same keywords. If anchor link surrounding content is used it must also be created by the contractor and approved by me. Only 10 links can contain the same anchor link surrounding content. All links must adhere to the following REQUIREMENTS: +All links must come from PR3 or higher of the page the links is on. +All 301 links must come from guest automotive blog/forum postings w/ a do follow (link must remain for at least 8 months) +UK hosted or [login to view URL] sites, or at least sites aimed at the UK +No more than 20 OTHER EXTERNAL LINKS ON THE SAME PAGE THE LINK OCCURS. +Links must remain for at least 8 months. +Maximum 1 link per page +1 link per domain + NO LINK FARMS + All links must be "do follow." +Links only on pages that are topic-relevant (Automotive,Cars,Autos) + No links from rel="nofollow", "noindex" tag or any page blocked by robots.txt. No span tag links, no JavaScript, etc. +No reciprocal links +English-language blogs only +No links from gambling, porn, spam, etc. websites +No black hat tactics +Link pages must have been re-cached by Google within the last 30 - 60 days +Age of the linking websites must be at least 2 years old + No links from "under construction" pages. +No sites that will ask for money later. + No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING + No ping sites +No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable + No links within newsgroups + Links must be in text, no graphics. + Links must not be contained within Javascript, it must be crawlable by the search engines + No links from URLs that contain ".../links/" + Each link must be on different C-class IP block + Linked pages must be visible, readable and indexable + No sites banned by Google, Yahoo or Bing + Links must be built manually over 1 week and spread out as evenly as possible +No more than 40 links must be submitted per day. + I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. + Links dropped within 8 months must be replaced by you at no additional cost An independent SEO professional will evaluate all links after the work is done and any links that do not meet the requirements above I will have the right to disqualify and not count towards the 302 total. Those links disqualified must be replaced. The week payment milestones will be funded, however PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE and WEEEKLY REPORT IS RECEIVED AND EVALUATED. Evaluation will only take a two or three days. The requirements are nonnegotiable. The only thing that could change are the number of links you would be able to provide with these requirements.
