Create visual ''dashboard'' metrics from data (prefer Excel, but can be it's own app)

We use PeopleSoft. There are processes that are run various times throughout the day through the Process Scheduler. Some items are automated, some are run manually. Each day, through the database, I get a list of all the processes that were run, when they started and ended, who ran them, and if they are re-occurring processes or manual processes. From that flat file, I need a visual dashboard of this information. Some of the things I would need: 1. A daily timeline as to when processes are running. (For example, process #1 started at 1:17 AM and ran for 12 minutes...so in a graph of a 24 hour day, 1:17 am through 1:29 am shows process #1 ran). There can be multiple processes running at the same time. 2. Processing time per person per day. If user #1 ran 10 processes today and each ran for 3 minutes, then I need to see User #1 ran 30 minutes of processes today. 3. Processing by user. If User #2 ran 7 different processes, I would need to show which processes they ran and if they were manually kicked off or a scheduled process. There may be more information/metrics that would need to be captured as well....but you get the idea. I would like for this to be in one daily spreadsheet (can have multiple tabs). I would grab the data from the database in a CSV file...then process the CSV file into a report that can be easily emailed daily.
