I am looking for a Salesforce expert to help me set up our Sales Cloud program and provide ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce administration and be familiar with Sales Cloud. Specific requirements for the project include: - Setting up Sales Cloud program according to our specific needs and requirements - Customizing the program to align with our sales processes and workflows - Configuring user profiles, roles, and permissions - Importing and organizing existing customer data into Sales Cloud - Implementing automation and integration features to streamline sales processes - Training and supporting our team on how to effectively use Sales Cloud In addition to the initial setup, the candidate should also be available for ongoing maintenance and support. This includes: - Regularly monitoring and optimizing the Sales Cloud program - Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or errors that arise - Making necessary adjustments and updates to accommodate changes in our business requirements The timeline for this project is approximately 3-4 weeks. The candidate should be able to work efficiently to complete the initial setup within this timeframe and be available for ongoing maintenance as needed. Required skills and experience: - Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, particularly with Sales Cloud - Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and customization capabilities - Proficiency in configuring user profiles
